Super bowl Sunday

Hubby and Bubby woke up sick today and I'm not a 100%. We had a very low key kind of day. No church. No hanging with friends. No going to a friends house. Most of all no awesome Giants super bowl party. *Insert sad face here* Did I mention the Giants are my favorite team? Ever. I can't remember ever being sick on Superbowl Sunday before. It just stinks. Bubby and I are parked on the love seat and Hubby has the couch. I keep calling us the pitiful bunch. HA!

The score is 15 Giants-17 NE at the end of the 3rd. I hoping the Giants can pull it off. Did anyone see the Ferris Bueller commercial yet? I have been dying to see that one. I only left the couch once. I was afraid I would miss it. HA!

ETA~I just saw the Ferris commercial. I love me some Matthew!

ETA(again) The Giants won! 21-17. YEA!

Ready for some football?

What are the thoughts from the game? What a nail bitter to the end. At one point I thought the Cards were going to win it. I have to admit most of the game is spent watching the commercials. Admit it. You do too. I love to see what they are going to come up with. The biggest thing about the game is seeing who will win the football pool. We didn't win.

Got game?

I just realized no football games are on this weekend. None. Zilch. What in the world are we suppose to watch now? If my girls have their way it will be something on MTV. I can only take that channel for so long.  When did MTV stop playing videos? I can remember getting up on Saturday mornings just to watch the video countdown. I just found out Total Request Live is no longer on. 

Anywhoo back to football. Did your team make it that far? Are they in the Super Bowl? My Giants didn't make it as far as I would have liked. They had a better season then some other teams I won't mention. You know the team that knocked them out.  We will be rooting for the Steelers.

P.S. don't tell little guy there is no football this weekend.

The jersey he is wearing belonged to my 13 and 14 year olds when they were 3 and 4. Trust me that is the only reason he is wearing that team.
