It's Friday so it can only mean one thing. It's time for an Island life's Aloha Friday. My question to you is this:
What kind of camera do you use? Digital point &shoot or DSLR? If you read my post yesterday you know mine is about to go. I just started looking at cameras and can't believe how many choices are out there. It's unbelievable. I just found out they have compact DSLR cameras. I'm thinking I might really like those. Kind of the best of both worlds.
Head on over to Island life and answer her question too.

Up until last Christmas (2010) I relied heavily on my Kodak point-and-shoot - I alternated between that and my big Canon film camera, but really wanted a DSLR so saved up and last year had the same conundrum you did on 'which one??' :) I finally decided on a Nikon D5000 and LOVE it. Good luck with your search! I'd be curious to see how the compact DSLR's are. :)

I use a Kodak point and shoot and love love it! I also have a Fuji that is both point and shoot and has DSLR capabilities. I really like it because of the wide angle lense on it, and it's ease of use, but it is so bulky. Good luck in your search!
i usually just use my iphone but i also have 3 other cameras if needed
I have a Sony cybershot. It's good. I wish I was good at using it. But for my family, I'm good.
I have a Kodak point and shoot. I really want a cannon.
I want a new DLSR myself and have been shopping around. Right now I use my good old iPhone and my PAS Canon - it's sooo old though, I almost always prefer taking pictures with my phone (plus, I always have my phone on me!).
I have an older sony digital camera -- it's been a sturdy workhorse, even when the kids use it :-)
(visiting via Aloha Friday)
I actually have 3 that I use. A point & shoot, a DSLR, and one that's in-between. I love them all!
